My name is Nathan Woelfel and I am an avid outdoorsman. I have spent most of my life in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin and spend much of my free time hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.

My writing has been published in several magazines, newspapers, and on numerous websites. I spent several years as a full-time sports reporter for the Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter and Sheboygan Press.

I’m a proud sponsor and active member of Ducks Unlimited, a supporter of Delta Waterfowl, a volunteer for the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association, and a brand ambassador for Keepers Only Co.

I am passionate about sharing the outdoors with others and that is exactly what this site is about. From tips and tricks to stories with a unique perspective, this site strives to provide a little something for everyone who enjoys hunting, fishing, and birding or wants to experience the joy of the Wisconsin Outdoors in a different way.
